P1 TOPIC

P1 have been learning about day and night. As part of our topic we talked about keeping safe at night. We learnt how important it is to wear bright colours so we can be seen in the dark. The police came in and talked to us about keeping safe at night and we got to have a go in their police car. 

P1 wrapped up their All About Me topic by making healthy face wraps. They enjoyed using vegetables to make the different face parts and loved the opportunity to eat them after. yum yum!

We have been learning all about us in P1. We have discussed different body parts and facial features. We also explored and talked about healthy foods and why we need these foods to fuel ourselves. The children then used healthy foods to create their faces.
